These Subscription Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of any subscription plan offered through acllanutrition.com (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Aclla Nutrition”). By enrolling in a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms in conjunction with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Please read these Terms carefully before subscribing. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not proceed with a subscription purchase.
1. Subscription Agreement
By subscribing, you enter into a continuous service contract with Aclla Nutrition. This means:

You authorise recurring billing using the payment method you provide.

Your subscription will continue unless and until you cancel in accordance with Section 5.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel subscriptions at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or breach of these Terms.
2. Payment & Billing

You will be billed automatically at the subscription frequency selected at checkout.

Payment will be taken using your saved payment method on the scheduled billing date.

You are responsible for ensuring that your payment details remain valid and up to date.

If a payment fails, we may attempt to process it up to three additional times.

If unsuccessful, your order may be skipped, paused, or the subscription may be cancelled.
3. Subscription Management
You may manage your subscription at any time through your online account. This includes:

Pausing or skipping a delivery

Changing the delivery frequency

Swapping products
-
Adding or gifting products

Updating billing or shipping information
Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date to take effect for that cycle.
4. Minimum Commitment
There is no minimum commitment.
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and completing the cancellation process.

Cancellations apply to future billing cycles only.

Requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the next billing date.

Requests made after this cutoff may result in one final charge and shipment.
6. Price and Product Changes
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing, product contents, or service terms at any time.
If changes affect your subscription price or the products included, we will notify you in advance.
Continued use of your subscription after receiving notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
7. Shipping and Delivery

Your initial subscription order may be shipped via a different method than recurring subscription orders.

All recurring subscription orders will be shipped using our Standard UK Delivery service.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information or courier-related issues.

All delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed.
8. Promotions and Discounts

Subscription discounts and promotional offers are subject to change or termination at any time.

If you cancel a subscription and later reactivate it, previously applied discounts may no longer be available.
9. Account Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Any actions taken under your account are assumed to be authorised by you.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aclla Nutrition shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

Delivery delays

Payment failures

Product dissatisfaction

Service interruptions

Misuse of the subscription platform
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the 30 days preceding any claim.
