Please ensure all details of your order are correct before completing your purchase. If you notice any issues with your order confirmation, contact us immediately. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot make any modifications once your order has been processed by our warehouse.

Where do you ship to?
Currently, we ship to addresses across the United Kingdom only (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland).
We do not currently offer international shipping outside the UK.

What delivery services do you offer?
We offer two delivery options:
Tracked 48 Shipping
Tracked 24 Shipping

Aims to deliver your order within 2–3 business days of dispatch.
Aims to deliver your order within 1 business day of dispatch, however it can take up to 2 working days. Orders must be placed before 5pm for dispatch on the same day (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
All delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Once goods have been dispatched, we are not liable for any delays caused by the courier.

We recommend providing your email address and opting in to notifications so you receive tracking details and an estimated delivery window.

How much does delivery cost?
Tracked 48 Shipping – Standard delivery within the UK: £2.99
Tracked 24 Shipping – Express delivery within the UK: £3.99

When can I expect my order?
Aclla Nutrition ships using trusted couriers.
Depending on your location in the UK and the service selected, deliveries should take approximately:
48 Shipping: aims to deliver within 2–3 business days of dispatch.                                                  24 Shipping: aims to deliver within 1 business day, but can take up to 2 working days
 
I purchased multiple items – will they be shipped together?
If all items in your order are in stock, they will normally be shipped together in one parcel.

If any item is out of stock or delayed, we will let you know by email.

What if an item is out of stock?
Occasionally, some products may be temporarily out of stock. This will be indicated on the product page.
We will always announce restocks via our social channels, so make sure to follow Aclla Nutrition on Instagram and Facebook for updates.

Aclla Nutrition uses a secure payment provider to process your order. You can pay using:

How will purchases appear on my credit card or bank statement?
For card payments (Visa & Mastercard), your purchase will appear as:
“ACLLA NUTRITION” on your statement.
For PayPal payments, your purchase will appear as:
*“PAYPAL ACLLA” or a similar reference including our brand name.
